Developing policy, strategy and market/competitive intelligence in support to Ofcom strategy and policy in the allocation of spectrum for the development of mobile and broadband wireless services and networks in the United Kingdom as well as other strategic initiatives and projects.

Strategic and regulatory policy advice to clients from the telecoms and media industry (e.g. music/recording companies) including marketing strategy, customer acquisition strategy and customer relationship management.

Creating, leading and managing a multinational team of 6 people supporting all International business development activities of Orange worldwide from regulatory strategy, competition policy, lobbying and public affairs standpoints. I left Orange after the implementation of a global involuntary redundancy program impacting all the International teams.

Developing and managing all Regulatory and Competition Policy and Public/Government Affairs amongst the various Global Crossing entities across Europe. Coordinating the local regulatory teams and interfacing with the Corporate HQ in the U.S.:

Creating and developing a Regulatory Strategy, Competition Policy, Competitive Intelligence & Public/Government Affairs service Line in Europe to serve Telecoms, Media and Internet market players and Public Authorities.

Managing all the Regulatory, Competition Policy Public/Government Affairs and Compliance issues across Europe. Global One is now Orange Business

Managing all Competition Regulation and Liberalisation Policy related issues including notifications to the E.U and U.S. Public Authorities of partnerships between France Télécom and other International and European operators. Managing external representation of France Telecom at the E.U. level.
