Oversight of Production, Fulfillment, Receiving, Shipping, and Maintenance departments. Assisted in implementation and trading of installation of new equipment. Monitored labor and budgets associated with each department. Cooperation with Quality department in regards to ISO 9001 and AIB audits. Aided in implementation of counter measures in regards to customer complaints and continuous improvement.

Responsible for the successful launch of née facility in Spring Hill, Tn to supply exhaust systems to General Motors and Volvo. Started with a concrete floor with a great team to bring to fruition three fully funded shifts. Commuted 1.5 hours each way. Once project was fully launched and running successfully looked for employment closer to home.

Monitoring of Quality Management System. Coordinating ISO 9001 and AIB audits. Work with production and outside customer audits. Communications with customers in regards to customer complaints and assisted in counter measures. Aided in continuous improvement program.

Managed six supervisors. Oversight of three buildings at location site. Reporting of key performance indicators. Implementation and improvements to productivity results month or month.

Started January 1997 in production. Moved to matching in February 2002. Promoted to Area Manager in fall of 2003. Worked on several projects. Spent a year and a half in the Lean Manufacturing department training all three North America sites in Global Nissan Production Way. Launched 4-cylinder cylinder head machining in Decherd.
