Providing quality management training and consulting in USA and Europe specializing in integrated Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management systems, the EFQM Excellence Model, Balanced Scorecard and Lean Management.

Leading team assessments of management systems in the automotive, process, manufacturing, construction and service industries. Developing and delivering training courses, seminars and workshops on management systems and Total Quality Management.

Developing and implementing project quality plans and procedures, directing project design reviews and controlling design changes. Conducting internal and supplier quality audits.

Project planning, design, procurement and commissioning of process plant and packing facilities. Establishing production quality controls, analyzing quality costs and auditing company factories in Europe.
