Responsible for financial analysis and portfolio management, doing budget planning, cost controlling and analysis for services and projects. Junior project manager for different topics responsible for research, analysis and consolidation of relevant data, proposing solutions and methodology for achieving goals, implementing new solutions. Driving an own project by organizing a 3 day workshop. Taking care of all the logistics, responsible for a part of the content of the workshop.

Planned coordinated and controlled all project activities for all 11 projects. Did feasibility studies for all project ideas and developed 7 new topics in order to attract different stakeholders. Did competitive analysis, pricing and research of different stakeholders needs. Account manager for the GO sector accounts, 25% of project incomes came from this sector.

Making detailed yearly plan for the outgoing exchange. organizing and holding events for students interested in the program for doing internships in foreign countries, about 100 people per event. Selection and assessment of the students who want to participate in the program. Education and coaching of team members. Tracking available internships and recruiting students that match the profile.

Improved the company’s Performance Appraisal method and process. Was Project manager for the Trainee Induction Booklet project. Team Leader of company’s participation on Traineeship Fair in Belgrade. Selection process for Internship program (round about 1000 applications for 6 positions after the traineeship fair) On self initiative worked outside of HR department – did competitive analysis for two clients and market research for one client.
