Responsible for driving Loyalty, Personalization, Brand Experience & building a culture of collaboration and Service Execution throughout the property. Be the point of contact for key guests prior to arrival through personal email and establish a personal relationship between the guest and the hotel. Understand the purpose of each stay, and in doing so, convey relevant brand content. Work closely with teams from across the hotel, engage and educate them to ensure the fundamentals are delivered, every time.
