-Manage, control and monitor satellite and DSL networks on different platforms (iDirect, Skyedge2, SCPC link etc). -Detect, analyze and troubleshoot various errors IP or RF based. -Provide professional customer support and guidance via phone and Email. -Initiation and coordination of service interventions at customer site. -Satellite link line up support and customer site commissioning. -Inspection and evaluation of Nagios, MRTG and Cacti Data graphs.
