- Led high-tech laser project to successful implementation into production; diverse project team of seven members allocated over different departments; expected sales over US$20m per year; responsible for time line, project costs, mechanical design, functional and lifetime tests, purchasing of prototypes and implementation into production - Shaped management decision of product strategy through evaluation of different laser concepts based on cost and risk analysis - Developed high-risk innovations

- Pre-developed integration of direct drives for 2D Laser Cutting machines in cooperation with vendors - Reduced vibration of 2D Laser Cutting machine - improving cutting quality - Designed complex machine housing for 2D Laser Cutting machine - Send to TRUMPF Photonics Inc. as expatriate (2009-2012)

Supervised planning and execution of experiments at University of Esslingen and recommended exit of project Designed special machine for quality control purposes in serial production for major pharmaceutical company
