• Responsible for the administration of our Salesforce instance. • Responsible for customizing the platform to enhance business processes and improve user experience • Responsible for providing support to Salesforce users in all groups to resolve issues with Salesforce and related applications through our Case Queue. • Responsible for creating and modifying in-depth dashboards and reports for all team functions at both management and individual levels.

• Responsible for administration and customization of Salesforce to further automate the application process. • Responsible for data mapping between our application system, FluidReview and Salesforce. • Participate actively in change management efforts to implement better practices, new processes & improvements in overall performance.

• Facilitate the implementation of Slate, the university’s new comprehensive admissions CRM, assist with design, building, testing and training of staff. • Responsible for application review as well as advising students on their progress. • Responsible for training new advisors on all job duties, reviewing files for accuracy and providing constructive criticism to improve performance. • Provide exceptional customer service to members throughout the entire JU community.
