I oversee the complete marketing mix (all 4 Cs) with a focus on gross margin, revenue, and EBITDA growth. Additionally, I oversee brand and Integrated Communications, including external, PR, social media, influencer, internal, and CSR initiatives. Developing & implementing eCommerce strategies to grow online sales and revenue for Avon Germany, and leading the holistic Communications plan & delivery in Avon WE Commercial Markets (Germany, Spain, Portugal & Greece).
