• Leaded a project to analyse and assist a process factory move from Sweden to England. • Written of the entire procedures, working instructions, knowledge manual of the moving process. • Validation of annealing cycle through the production of new grades in the group.

• Leaded a project to improve the Hot Drawing area in terms of product quality and processing speed with the aim to reduce breakages by 50%. • Trained operators, quality technicians and supervisors based on project outcome • Implementation of new Hot Drawing processes in the factory to increase production capacity.

• Performed technical and commercial feasibility studies, project planning to implement polymer quench bath whilst managing technical team to explore potential solutions. • Designed the process and machines involved using 3D modelling software and liaised with different prospective suppliers for the equipment. • Analysed main causes of breakdowns and lack of reliability of the process and defined actions to eliminate and improve the equipment, the process and the operating procedures.
