• Serving as an interface between the headquarters and sales subsidiaries in Japan and Korea and supporting them in achieving their sales targets • Conducting sales and market analysis • Joint visit to target customers to promote company’s solutions and evaluate sales engineers’ • Conducting product trainings as necessary • Coordinating international projects towards closing the deals

- Determining required specifications of controllers that supply electric power to wafer handling robots - Pre-installation / acceptance testing during a design phase prior to shipment - Providing break down and troubleshooting assistance - Creating instruction manuals and other documents for the customers in Japanese, English, and Korean

- Creating a program to manage local staff overseas, utilizing Microsoft Access
