I am mainly responsible for the assurance of the proper user experience. One of my main tasks is to define and implement use cases for the different test scenarios.

I am currently understanding and redefining the MVP - prioritizing what is needed for launch to learn as quickly as possible.

I collaborated with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and converted them into user stories. I also created and maintained the solution vision, roadmap and backlog of work through the project’s lifecycle.

I directly collaborated with CEO and Product team to prototype, design and deliver the UI and UX experience with a lean design process: research, design, test, and iterate. I also implemented an agile work environment for the cross-functional Innovation Team which consisted of Product, Marketing and Engineering.
