Responsibility for new projects preparation from quality point of view, solving of customer claims, daily customers contact to build up strong foundation and excellent relationship, internal and customer QPRs managing, PPAP documents preparation, conducting of internal process audits, pursuing of all countermeasures linked to claims and assurance they are on place on time, managing of field claims and related activities.

Managing of project changes linked to suppliers, complaints raising, verification and validation of corrective actions, preparation of regular suppliers evaluation, endorsement of PSWs, participation on PPAP preparation, leading meetings with central project team (Germany) related to new projects and/ or process changes focusing on company goals, raising and filling out G8D reports, leading meetings with critical suppliers, conducting of supplier audits, quality manager deputy.

Overall responsibility for customers orders completion. Design of new switchboard cabinets and modification of current one according to the customer requirements. Watching over the sufficient amount of material to produce required amount of product. Production process supervision and technical support in case of problem. Development of new switchboard cabinets from mechanical side. Solving customer claims.

Preparation of control plans for incoming goods in accordance with drawing specification, considering customer requirements and product function. Incoming inspection by usage of defined gauges (specialist for CMM measurement). Over time spread of framework and overtaken responsibility for preparation of programs for downloading data from machines, which were used for SPC then.
