We provided commercial support within the areas of Strategy-, Product-, GoToMarket and Organizational Development focussing our energy on Entrepreneuers and StartUps within FMCG Industries as well as supporting established trade partners. We covered Premium Brands for Natural Color Cosmetics, Fragrances, SkinCare and Nutri Cosmetics additionally to Media Bartering as well as Media Licensing.

Coty became one of the leading Beauty Players in the world after the merger with P&G Beauty Business, holding leading positions in all categories. Top 10 Power Brands included brands as Calvin Klein, Chloé, adidas, Rimmel/Manhattan (GER), Sally Hansen, Maxfactor, Wella, Hugo Boss, Gucci, Banani. My responsibility: General Manager D-A-CH Consumer Beauty at rd 400 M$ and > 300 FTEs within DACH Beauty Consumer Division.

Vice President & General Manager for the entire Region D-A-CH & Benelux for the merged Consumer & Luxury Divisions, within Coty our biggest HUB Worldwide outside US Market. Top 10 Powerbrands included Global jewels as Calvin Klein, Rimmel/Manhattan (GER), Sally Hansen as well as Future Stars as Chloé, Bottega Veneta, Marc Jacobs and Regional Heroes as Jil Sander, Davidoff, adidas, Playboy. The overall Business responsibility was at rd. 400 - 600 M$ NR and included more than 500 FTEs.
