Madgex provides multi-lingual job board software and services globally. We are the UK’s leading supplier for commercial outsourced job board and CV software and services. In this exciting new role, I am responsible for the planning and execution of all marketing and PR activity to support our growth in key markets globally. Our aim is to help job seekers find the best jobs and recruiters find the best candidates by delivering inspirational and innovative digital recruitment.

I supported the board to continually improve the sales strategy and develop the marketing mix to maximise ROI. We moved away from traditional routes to market and capitalised on business networking, online methods, public speaking, virtual/on-line presence as well as attending exhibitions and conferences. Brand definition, product clarity and service offerings have also been identified and communicated more effectively.
