Main tasks consist in configure and integrate IMS products (bear metal or cloud environment) into an E2E solution; integrate and verify interoperability of products and subsystems from multiple vendors; design and execute the technical migration of the solution. Operation Support Engineer for Vodafone One Net service. Main tasks consist in troubleshooting problems for Call Handling Application Server and NGIN provisioning portals. Responsible for deployment management process from SIT testing to Production. Manage and follow customer expectations, local or remotely (present in countries such as Portugal, Turkey, UK, Italy and Hungary).

Care engineer for Mobile CS Core, which main tasks consisted in case handling and troubleshooting for Release 4 network elements, such as MSS, MGW and HLR. Work with Nordic OpCo’s (9 countries) providing remote support and responsible for HW and SW upgrades. Also, responsible for ensuring 24/7 support (Release 4) for critical problems on the network, such as charging or outages.
