Directed operations for Battery and EDU Pilot Build Facilities, with full accountability for OPEX and CAPEX management of £20 million. Successfully established the facilities structure for the Battery Pilot Build site, driving operational readiness and strategic alignment.

Accountable for the Business Excellence department, managing two direct reports and leading a cross-functional SCQ team of 15, including four direct reports, to consistently deliver on key performance indicators. Acted as APQP champion across the supply chain, driving process excellence and quality assurance. Oversaw industrialization and incoming parts quality for E/E systems and battery cell suppliers, ensuring robust supplier readiness and product integrity.

Responsible for the Quality of the Utility Vehicle Plant being responsible for the B&W, Paint and Final Assembly Line Quality and Quality Analysis team (2 shifts - 68 people)

-Ensure that Magna Steyr are in compliance with the appropriate Jaguar Land Rover Quality Standards. -Drive the smooth running of business between Jaguar Land Rover and Magna with respect to the achievement of product quality. -Support the establishment of appropriate processes to ensure optimum handling of quality issues requiring escalation or decision making . -Act as Central Quality liaison figure between Magna and Jaguar Land Rover in the management of operational manufacturing (Production & Quality).
