• P&L responsible of 10 JIT plants in Europe for customers: Daimler, JLR, Ford and Renault (Germany, Hungary, UK, Rumania, Turkey, Slovenia, France and Spain) • Annual sales: 1.5 billion dollars • Total headcount: 4,000 people • Strongly focused in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma • Responsible for Continuous Improvement Europa (all JIT plants) • Assure the implantation of Adient Manufacturing System (AMS) across the network.

• JIT Seat assembly and Cut & Sew operation. • Customer: Volkswagen de Mexico and Nissan • 2 different carlines, more than 300 versions • Over 1,000 employees. • Sales over 200 Mio usd per year • Responsible of P&L looking for cost reduction and operational improvement • Develop and implement Profit Plan and Strategic Planning • Operation strongly focused in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma • Effective interaction to deal business in multiple cultures.

• Responsible to assure the implementation and SOP of new projects • Responsible to negotiate with the customer timings and delivery programs. • Commodities to launch: Metal, Foam, Trim Covers, JIT assembly and Interiors parts. • Customers: Volkswagen and Mercedes Benz • Program reviews with the customer in Germany and Mexico • Internal programs review with JCI top executives in North America, Germany and Mexico
