Full ownership of the budget for over 200 sites. Led the financial integration process of 2 acquisitions, including training staff to use accounting software, aligning account codes, bringing data across and running their month ends. Managed local implementation of software migration from Xero to Microsoft BC, performing UAT, liaising with the project team with the team’s concerns and exploring opportunities the change presented.

Managed 3 management accountants and an accounts assistant. Maintained asset registers for plant, computers and 2,400 buses. Sent income claims to TfL, while maintaining a database of contracts, posting income accruals and writing monthly variance commentary. Calculating and posting payroll journals for 8,000 staff. Implemented weekly report for leadership providing a snapshot of current performance. Produced a weekly cash flow report and forecast. Processed all intercompany sales and purchases

Maintained all existing cubes, dimensions, views, rules and load processes. Created new cubes for monthly commentary, ancillary vehicles and agency staff. Ran proof of concept testing for the whole group to upgrade to Planning Analytics. Built models to allow the input of all budgets and forecasts into TM1, helped the FP&A team redesign their models to export relevant data for forecasting purposes. Implemented new rules to automatically calculate KPIs within TM1 Maintained all user access to the TM1 system.

Lead the finance team on £5.5m capital project to redevelop the auditorium. Identified a hole in the budget which needed to be filled with additional funding. Assisted with funding applications and maintaining cash flow and up to date budgets working with quantity surveyors and external project management. Running weekly payroll, including making pension payments. Calculating investors’ returns in touring productions. Accounts payable and processing weekly payment runs
