Mission accomplished: Transformed from the 'man called dad' to 'Daddy'; coached start-ups and companies for succeeding with disruptive technology (esp. Cloud Services and IIoT) in the German market; rebuild my home; took some care on my vintage cars; was extensively skiing.

I built and lead a team of deep technical experts and unique solution architects motivated to realize business potential for our commercial customers. It is my priority to help you benefiting from your DT use cases with Industry of Things (IOT), Big Data, Advanced Analytics/ AI, High Performance Computing, SAP, Application Development, Open Source Solutions and Datacenter transformation.

I built and led a team of solution sales specialist who envisioned and realized business value in your workplace scenarios. We sold solutions to the industry of Manufacturing & Automotive, and Public Sector. We offered deep knowledge in Project Management, Business Process Management and Dynamic Data Visualization across all industries. With a strong partner network, we were able to delivery immediate business outcome and help transforming your business using Office 365 suite, Project & Visio.

I was running the transformation project for the Solution Sales organization to move the selling approach from technical evangelizing to generating customer business outcome and value. I built and ran an IBM Notes compete team to gain market share with productivity solutions.

As a pioneers I built a new industry aligned, multi-region Premier Services organization from scratch, capable to scale to Enterprise demands, with a rich portfolio of services for high availability, incident prevention and operation optimization. At the end we were directly serving over 450 enterprise customers with team of over 250 people.

I managed a project to establish and show case a Quality Management Systems for the newly built Microsoft data center, a market new Windows based Client/Server datacenter . Responsible for the design of processes and writing operational guide for to use internally and as best practice for customer.

Built a performance assessment dashboard for the board. Analyzed production processes end-to-end and outlined new business potentials. Developed a solution for production planning and Quality Management.

Programming and software solution based engineering for several projects and key initiatives including Product management for new visualization solution, Innovation pro-jects like a new field bus system and Building Micro Controller based product pilots.

Dissertation: ”Building an operational guide for a centralized client/server datacenter using the New Generation Computer Centers (NGCC) of Microsoft GmbH as an show case, and implementation a quality management system according to EN/ISO 9000”
