The role was to analyse responses to RFQ for Fraud Management and Revenue Assurance Systems and make a recommendation to the board and take the project all the way to contract signing. Was tasked with starting Risk Management work in a mostly green field environment. The size of the team grew from just one person to about 5 until a Head of Risk Management was recruited internally.
