The role was to analyse responses to RFQ for Fraud Management and Revenue Assurance Systems and make a recommendation to the board and take the project all the way to contract signing. Other parts of the project: -Follow up all replies in RFQ with vendors to make sure responses were correct - Make initial project plans - Gather reference data - Manage visits from Vendors - Visit reference sites - Perform hardware sizing - Have RA and FMS workshops to explain areas and what tools would do Etc

Was tasked with starting Risk Management work in a mostly green field environment. The size of the team grew from just one person to about 5 until a Head of Risk Management was recruited internally. Short term contract to set up a basic framework of Revenue management and Revenue Assurance reports looking at revenue integrity, profitability by product, customer type etc. Also CDR and HLR reconciliations as well as other more data quality oriented reports.
