Implementation of PrintCMR and Transfollow

Umwandlung vom Touristcenter in einen Marketing Organisation. Dezember 2017 ist die formelle Wandlung von VVV Slochteren nach Marketing Midden-Groningen realisiert und vom Stadt zugeschoben. Beim Ende meines Kontrakt, mitte 2018, werde ich neue Herausforderungen Fragen en Realisieren!

Indietopia ist eine der älteste social Incubator für indepent (serious) game developers in Europa. Zur Zeit wird die Organisation an 2017 angemessen. Meine Rolle dabei sind Unterstützung der Direktor, Business Development und Real Estate. (e57 participation project)

Von lokale „Auskunft -Laden“ eine Umwandlung zu einer regionalen Marketing Organisation für den Gemeinden Slochteren, Menterwolde und Hoogezand-Sappemeer. Dies im Rahmen der Fusion dieser 3 Gemeinden und mehr spezifisch im Rahmen der Wirtschaftliche Fördering und Unterstützung. Ich bin dazu Vorsitzender der Verein und Ausführender dieser Wende.

PM on combining suppliers of hardware (ticketing machines), mobile network (GPRS/SMS) and software to enable payment for parking tickets by cell phone.

SLA management of the e-commerce platform, including hosting, CRM and e-Trading. Next to that we we were working on security against hackers and preparing Diamond Cluster, a three tier permanent mirroring of the database. The software was on servers in Amsterdam, backups were to be mirrored in Denver, USA and Adelaide, Australia. A sudden sale of all related companies and services stopped these activities and were incorporated in the new owners infrastructure.

In a 6 month period I had to restructure the customer support team as well as the technical support team top cope with the demands of e-commerce for 3 major companies. I was under scrutiny of the Board of Directors from both my principal and the Customer.
