I currently lead and manage a team of knowledge management business analyst and IT engineers tasked to transform EUCOM's current linear and stale business practices to a more dynamic and agile decision making unit. Due to our success, EUCOM is the world’s premier Knowledge Management team at the Department of Defense.

I led and managed a branch of ten personnel at United States Army Europe (USAREUR) with the goal of providing senior executives logistical policy and strategic guidance for all Army units in Europe.

Assembled and analyzed statistical readiness data for the USAREUR Commander using data from unit commanders, other USAREUR staff sections, and Army automation systems. As well, I anticipated unit readiness for redeploying USAREUR units to feed actionable strategic level products for discussion with the Vice Chief of Staff of the Army on a monthly basis.

Resolved time critical wartime logistic issues (arm, fix, fuel, move, & sustain functions) for deploying USAREUR units, which also included facilitating the issue and movement of theater stocks and equipment to meet Euro-African contingency and humanitarian operations. Designed and created the directorate's SharePoint environment in order to enhance our collaboration with the HQs and our strategic partners.

I was selected above my peers to LTG William Wallace's V Corps G3 Plans Battle Staff as the Rear Operations planner for the invasion of Iraq.
