German subsidiary of a €27m p.a. Software and IT Services Company and Warburg Pincus Funded Start-up. Roles: Director of Sales and Acting Country Manager executing sales turnaround. Results: Led the subsidiary company operation to increase software sales, software leasing, and IT services revenues by 102% at a Gross Margin of 57%. Outcome: Company turnaround enabled ECsoft Group and Warburg Pincus to raise over € 56.4 million through equity offerings on NASDAQ and the London Stock Exchange.
