Team manager and member of the leadership team within the Comprehensive Editorial Evaluation Team, mainly responsible for the technical peer review and evaluation at our scholarly journals using the internal editorial office model.

Responsible for leading the eleven-journal Wiley Interdisciplinary Reviews portfolio (WIREs https://wires.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/), including managing workflows, relationships with external editors and researchers (including contracts and budgeting), and people management for the global team of journal publishing managers.

Managing the journal Fuel Cells and its external editorial team to deepen the connections with Wiley's journal portfolio at the intersection of energy and materials science.

At Energy Technology, I was responsible for launching the journal and developing it as a leader in the applied energy community, including directing the efforts of the journal's small team of editors. To increase our visibility in the energy research community, I regularly held talks on scientific publishing and writing effective scientific papers. Tasks included developing a content acquisition strategy, evaluating the scientific merits of manuscripts, and managing the external peer review process.

Responsible for launching and developing Energy Technology as a new scientific journal covering all technical aspects of applied energy research, including all day-to-day tasks necessary for publication of the monthly journal issues. Tasks include planning a content strategy and attracting scientific content as well as evaluating the scientific merits of the received manuscripts in house and managing the external peer review process.
