At Energy Technology, I was responsible for launching the journal and developing it as a leader in the applied energy community, including directing the efforts of the journal's small team of editors. To increase our visibility in the energy research community, I regularly held talks on scientific publishing and writing effective scientific papers. Tasks included developing a content acquisition strategy, evaluating the scientific merits of manuscripts, and managing the external peer review process.
