Partner and part of the Group Management Team. I built up a CRM practice at Element. This included developing strategic partnerships and the development, marketing and sales of systems and product related services within CRM.

Sales and delivery of strategic consulting projects in B2B marketing and implementation of Marketing Automation.

Marketing and communications at Ericsson´s global headquarters. I worked with financial value argument for Ericsson's services portfolio and later with strategic communication for analysts as well as general public relations for Ericsson's function for technology leadership.

I worked in, and later led, a global program targeting increased sales through add-on sales and lead generation within Service Delivery. This job involved design and implementation of business process and IT infrastructure for add-on sales, including training of service engineers in effective value argumentation towards Customers.
