Led strategic projects such as the migration from MS365 to Google Workspace and the implementation of MDM for smartphones. Drove email security initiatives, managed API integrations and automations with Google Workspace and Okta, and contributed to software contract negotiations. Ensured secure operation of key applications, user access management, and compliance with data protection standards.

Responsible for the stable and secure operation of the IT infrastructure, including network and server administration (Windows/Linux), user and access management (AD, M365, Azure AD), IT security, client and mobile device management (baramundi), and 2nd/3rd level support. Developed PowerShell scripts for automation and supported cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure) and virtualization (HyperV). Involved in various IT projects and system rollouts.

Software support (real estate CRM system): Following my training, I spent nine months working in software support for a CRM solution specializing in the real estate industry. In this role, I installed and maintained systems in a client-server environment with Microsoft SQL Server directly at the customer's premises. I also developed individual automation programs that were integrated into the existing CRM software as additional modules. This allowed me to use and develop both my technical and social skills.
