Led consulting efforts into manufacturing operations, at various organizations, in order to determine inefficiencies to recommend ways to eliminate waste and increase profitability. Utilized manufacturing best practices, industry experience and the latest technology in order to manage organizational content (data and documents).

Led three projects (weRUN, weHOLD and HYTOPS-3). Developed/managed the product requirements based on customer input, industry standards and internal best practices. Managed multiple external vendors and internal resources who conducted the manufacturing and testing of the components. Hired and managed three employees (Mechanical Design Engineer, Engineering Systems Administrator and Mechanical Engineering Intern).

Managed the vendor who conducted the manufacturing and testing of the product. Designed 3D models in SolidWorks to support the product. Generated part drawings for manufacturing the product. Conducted FEA analysis on components to support the product.

Assisted with the PLC programming of multiple pieces of equipment in order to increase efficiency and reduce down time. Assisted with time studies and SPC calculations on multiple processes throughout the plant which allowed for improved decision-making.

Designed 3D models in SolidWorks to support the I-MFRDK product. Generated part drawings for manufacturing the I-MFRDK product. Created rapid prototypes using a 3D printer. Assisted with the assembly and function testing of the I-MFRDK product. Supervised the environmental stress screening of the I-MFRDK product per MIL-HDBK-2164A. Assisted with troubleshooting the 66MM MMEDUSA solution.
