I was a Technical Consultant and my job entailed first and second level troubleshooting of customers’ telephone, data lines, and mobile lines. I provided phone-based support to corporate customers for fixed telephone lines and mobiles. I accessed AAPT switches and analysed test results, diverted lines, blocked numbers. I ran line tests on ULLs. Whenever a field technician visit was required, I advised appointment or commitment dates to customers.

As a Telstra CNSC Specialist, I provided Level Two Support for customers. I had testing tools to try and determine the cause of the telephone line fault. Whenever a field technician visit was required, I informed the customers. I got calls from field technicians for testing telephone lines, as well.

As a Census DPC-3, I provided technical support to DPC-1 staff. I entered road data into MB, CD, and SLA indices into the database. I generated Person, Family and Dwelling tables for all the relevant Census variables. I used tools for error detection and correction for Census variables via queries and bulk amends.
