Act as a technical consultant in our project teams responsible for planning and delivering IT infrastructure // Provide 3rd level support // Experience abroad e.g. in Egypt (Cairo), Germany (Munich), Italy (Milan), Russia (Moscow and Saint Petersburg), Sweden (Stockholm)

Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure // Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability // Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies // Integration of new office locations with local datacenters in Poland (Rzeszów) and Russia (Saint Petersburg) // Provide 2nd and 3rd level support // Liaise with vendors, suppliers and other IT personnel for problem resolution
