Managing the requirements for security assessments, scheduling of resources, workloads, calculating prices, forecasting team capacities, and coordinating the professional development of the team. Improvement projects: reducing by 70% the time to schedule an assessment and a live dashboard to create reports on demand related to business performance. Activities: management of teams of 50 people, teamwork, and intercultural remote teams.
