Main activities and responsibilities: • Development of PhD research • Tutor of internship students • Participation such as scientist and exponent in international seminars in several European countries. • Preparation, analysis and Programming into a SCADA of fault scenarios in a distribution network for "anti-disaster training in instrumentation and control systems and electrical networks, with the cooperation partner Siemens

• Responsible for the operational and dynamic behaviour of network in the transmission system and protection coordination analysis in the network 66-kV to 500 kV • Development and operational planning for the transmission network in conjunction with new customers, power plants and facilities in the voltage levels of 66 kV to 220 kV • Implementation of operational modeling on Matlab and Digsilent for maintenance, protection and power quality studies of the transmission network. • Quality audit

• Technical and economic studies on network expansion planning • Border and procurement cost forecast for primary energy

• Responsible for the operation and optimization of the transmission and distribution network of Chilquinta Energia. • Dynamic network studies and investigations for reactive power control • Development and operations planning for new customers and facilities of Chilquinta Energía in the medium voltage and low voltage network • Control of distributed generation , Demand Side Management and load forecasting in peak load periods. • Control and quantification of the active power losses of Chilquinta Energia.
