• Perform approved and validated methods and testing procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating raw and package materials. • Report any non-conformity or failure immediate for further actions. Ensure if failure investigations are conducted to determine root cause. • Supports the implementation of the new raw and package materials testing its performance in production lines. • Release of raw, auxiliary & packaging materials on SAP. • Conduct internal and external audits.

• Support the identification of sources of errors that impact the reliability of sucrose balance and the manufacturing indicators in order to establish tools for estimating uncertainty in the balance. • Evaluate the performance of the methodologies used in the physicochemical analysis. • Evaluate the use of residues from the whole sugarcane lignocellulosic biomass (bagasse, straw, and tops) for the production of second-generation biofuels, bioplastics and sugar substitutes.

Responsible for effectively managing production activities in the factory, ensuring the correct performance of the process under established operation parameters and quality standards. Accountable for the manage of people and for ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for crewing, shift rotation, industrial safety and GMP. Inventory management of work in process, raw and packaging materials required for the production program. Support the TPM activities.

Analysis and report of key performance indicators (Monthly Non Conformances, Process Capability and the compliance of good documentation practices). Support the process to develop the Quality Audits (On line quality, on plant quality, on shelf quality and warehouse quality) and monitoring the closing of the findings resulting from the quality audits.
