I was responsible for coordinating the project deliverables with the project manager and implementing the survey supervisor’s field work into the projects design. The project deliverables consists of the production of photo alignments, residential construction details, permits and environmental details for the client and regulatory agencies. Coordinate and delegate the project deliverables among the design group, and develop document standardization for the client to increase efficiency and cut down turnaro

Served as team lead on road improvement, interstate, and state highway projects. Worked closely with the executive group on project proposals and presentations, performed field traffic studies, and worked with survey teams gathering topographic information. Mentored EIT (Engineer-In-Training) staff on project standards and trained staff on Micro-Station and Geopack skills. Developed standardization between these two design softwares. Provided AutoCad support.
