- Manage all engineering requirements for assigned new and existing products - Perform revision, enhancement and introduction of existing and new test methodologies to improve yield success ratio, manufacturing cots and to reduce test time - Characterization of new products during NPD to verify performance per electrical specifications and customer requirements - Analyze customer returns and determine the root cause of failure mechanism

Responsible to develop and realize Lean R&D roadmap within the location, provides knowledge about application of Lean principles & methods (e.g. Kanban, Process Mapping, Eyeball diagram, SIPOC), manages improvements/projects in the location and communicates status regularly (e.g. project database), contributes in the BU R&D network exchange Performs CBS R&D trainings in the location (e.g. Lean Basic Trainings)

Embedded Tool Development, HW and SW testing, Covering the embedded tool landscape, Handling of development process, Time planning for production of tools, transfering and development for our internal customers, Comunication wih internal and external customers, Directing the activities in the group, Implementation and designing of new process methods into the Tool landscape, Validation of Tools and new methods.
