Two, new-built Data Centers, adding design capacities of 40MW and 16MW to support business computing in Frankfurt region. Produced, managed and maintained program- and project- level construction schedules. Specific concerns included ensuring schedule integrity, monitoring deviations, variance of the critical path, and related impacts to develop corrective actions, as well as the assessment of resource loading and progress to ensure accurate representation of planned- versus actual- percent complete.

Managed all commodity buying for Voith Hydro North America (approx. $60M, indirect), with specific focus on revamping our strategic purchasing processes and procedures, to maximize buyers’ efficacy after company restructure of North American Operation Units.

Achieved savings, cash flow and on-time deliveries surpassing company goals associated with both a dedicated customer portfolio and the commodity landscape for forgings, castings, and steel plate. Advanced vendor relationships and developed a robust supplier base across $12 – $15M annual direct spend.
