• Definition of the CSR integration strategy into the Group's ERP solutions (K3 ViJi, K3 Fashion, K3 Pebblestone). - Management of external strategic relations (companies, labels, control bodies OEKO TEX, GOTS, SEDEX...). - Management of the Pre-Sales activity for CSR components of the Group solutions. - Speaker at international trade shows (New-York, Amsterdam, Paris, Germany...).

• Creation of a SAAS solution for traceability of CSR data in the supply chain of fashion clothing and accessories. - 20 customers, including GEMO and DEVRED. - Organization of a 200 k€ fundraising (on a 2 M€ valuation). - Finalist in the CRISALIDE Eco-activities competition. - “Coup de cœur du Jury” prize at the Market Pitch Retail. - Change Now Summit selection (Grand Palais, Paris). • Management of the sale of the company to the K3 Group.

• Management of a transformation program involving over 150 people, in a context of growth and preparation for international development. - Alignment of the executive committee vision through workshops. • Creation and management of the Projects Department. - 10 people, 3 main domains: Project management, Project support, Change Management. • Management of a portfolio of 10 cross-functional projects (organization, processes and tools in Finance, Production, Sales, Marketing, IT, Human Resources, Logistics).

• In charge of Supply Chain activities (logistics, transport, sales administration). • In charge of the logistics activities internalisation (new warehouse). • Customer satisfaction coordinator, interfaced with Industrial and Sales departments.

• Complete restructuring of a Purchasing Office to move from a volume strategy to a value strategy (7% of reduction in distribution costs). • PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) project: - Requirements definition in coordination with the General Management. - Call for tender, tender analysis, selection of the best integrator. - Deployment organization. • Omnichannel strategy: - Strategic studies and propositions. - Proposition of a project portfolio accordingly.

• Co-creation and management of the Supply Chain Projects Department: Strategic and operational support for the Group's 5 brands, from supplier to end customers. - Development of the Supply Chain strategy, 3-year master plan - Savings of over 400 k€ on distribution costs. • Support for international development: China, India, Bangladesh, Turkey, Morocco, Russia, Dubai, Europe. - Study and optimization of distribution schemes. - Support for the organization of Purchasing and Sourcing Offices.
