Member of the management team and responsible for the overall performance of the production site. The Nestle Nutrition Factory in Konolfingen is a world-leading “Centre of Excellence”, producing probiotic infant formulas for export to more than 80 countries.

Responsible for the strategic sourcing of direct and indirect materials for Nestle Mexico with a spend of >700 Mio USD, serving several categories and 28 factories. Leading a team of 40 strategic procurement managers and 25 operational buyers with the focus to deliver sustainable, profitable business growth.

Responsible for a global cost improvement initiative (Target Setting) with project teams in 12 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, Latin America and Australia. The role included the analysis of cost improvement opportunities, setting of targets and the implementation of agreed actions with the local leadership teams.

Responsibilities include management of corporate procurement for packaging materials and optimization of supplier portfolio.
