- Set up functional validation plan, including front and rear end single parts and System components - Work within international module team, with BMW test engineers, BBA workshop, parts suppliers and production plant - Manage validations, create and publish test reports, analyze failed parts to identify root cause and provide optimized solution to project team and plant - Budget planning and supplier management - New test lab facility study

- In charge of customs clearance, domestics transportation and container yard management for BBA Tiexi production parts and BMW aftersales parts, per year around 10,000 containers including sea freight and train - Coordinate sub-suppliers and use KPI to steer performance - Optimize process flow, implement IT system and set up emergency plan - Maintenance relationship between BBA customers and China Customs and CIQ

- Participate in contract bidding - Cost accounting and budget control - Relationship management of BBA customers - Train team members with BBA processes

- Check and manage documents for import parts by sea freight to keep accuracy of customs clearance - Track container arrival and release status - Manage new requirements from my department and delivery to IT supplier
