Tasks: In direct relation with the manager of the company, my functions are maintaining and building client base, preparation of technical budgets, technical assistance to the client, contract negotiation and commercial agreements with customers and commercial support to the manager. Achievements: Increase customer base through maintenance contracts with hospitality businesses.

Tasks: Implementing preventative maintenance strategies through processes standardization in packaged product lines. Internal audits to line peons to verify proper preventive maintenance of packaging machines. Application of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, 5 Why’s and horizontal expansion in packaging lines. Achievements: Reduced breakdowns in packaging machines by 20% due to the proper use of standards performed. Increased motivation of line peons.

Tasks: Coordinating production and delivery of a special order product for a regular customer. Monitoring and prioritization of production orders for compliance with delivery deadlines. Generating reports weekly of products manufactured / shipped / delivered. Achievements: Production optimization and reduced delivery times of the finished product. Synchronizing production and logistics departments to adapt to changes in the order.

Tasks: Development of food and beverage service, assistance in the preparation o dishes and maintenance of the place. Achievements: Increase the efficiency of teamwork and coordination with cuisine responsible at peak times.

Tasks: Physico-chemical and organoleptic analysis on the inlet and outlet water of the treatment plant. Achievements: Creating improvements in the different sections of debugging through the results of the quality analysis.
