Juan Antonio García Zermeño

Stakeholder Engagement task leader for the European Interreg project, focused on waste management, packaging and sanitation solutions for public events in the South Baltic.

Leadership of a portfolio of 56 architectural and construction projects managing more than 80,000 m², ranging from residential, retail and industrial. Responsible for strategic planning, budget control, final and post delivery. Directly coordinating a team of four office specialists and six on-site workers.

-Project Management: I led communication between international and local offices (Miami/Barcelona/Mexico) for the integration of architectural, structural and installation design. -Stakeholder Coordination: I led recurring technical-architectural coordination meetings to maintain the critical path of development. -Commercial Alignment: I collaborated with the marketing teams to define finishes, ensuring that the final product met the expectations of the luxury market.

-Finishing Materials Management: I carried out the precise quantification of materials for purchasing and supply management on site. -Architectural Detail: I developed construction and architectural detail drawings critical to the project's execution. -Meeting Management Control: Responsible for managing internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, minutes and working meetings.

-Master’s thesis: Integrating energy simulation into the architectural design process as a decision-support tool in early design stages. Final grade: 1,0
