Juan Pa Silva

I am a recently graduated Biotechnology engineer from the Universidad San Francisco de Quito, Ecuador and have decided to move to Germany with the objective of advancing my professional career. For the las 5 years I have greatly developed my laboratory and Biotechnology skills. Abilities such as PCR and qPCR testing, cell culture, bio contaminants detection and molecular biology techniques like molecular markers. I believe that these abilities as well as my interpersonal skills such as time management, teamwork, effective communication, problem solving, and a constant strive for improvement can make a lasting Impact in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Besides my abilities, I am also passionate about the betterment of human and animal health, sustainability, food manufacturing and laboratory practices, gene therapy as well as microbiology.
