Managed the team responsible for executing the Recruitment Strategy and ensuring a successful operation of the transactions in scope. Earned a Talent Acquisition award for positively contributing to the Global Onboarding Project, successfully migrated a Recruiting process from Brazil into our Shared Services Center in a record time of 2 months, and have been part of the teams implementing Robotics Automation Processing (RPA) and migration of our Case Management Tool.

In charge of Project Management, Business Intelligence, Infographics and Business Presentations, Employee Experience program and Customer Relationship Management between the MBS and HR stakeholders in NA and LA. Earned the Golden MBS Global award for positively contributing to the integration of MBS and HR during service migrations for North and Latin America.

Supporting the set up of the Human Resources Shared Services Center with focus in the implementation and execution of Quality, Internal Control and Compliance activities. Working closely with Free Trade Zone requirements, Audits, Customer Satisfaction and learning about Contact Center reporting and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

Supervising a team in charge of the Training program for new and current employees and the Internal Communications of the Bank's Collections department. As part of this role I was also supervising the Complaints, Customer-facing Operations, and the Policies and Procedures of the department.

Internal Controls Officer for the Collections department of Citibank as member of the Audit & Issues management pillar in which I’ve been in charge of supervising the Operations in Central America and South American Countries, identifying coordinating and providing follow up to the different Internal and External Audits, Regulatory Reviews, TPISA, MCA tests, Information Security, Vendor Management, Monitoring, Training and Continuity of Business.
