I am responsible for the entire team management of the startup, while controlling various projects. In addition to sales, accounting and many communication tasks, I actively develop the online shop together with external service providers. In doing so, I contribute significantly to establishing a clear brand strategy. I also support in content creation by independently editing videos, organizing shootings, planning budgets and setting timings.

Managing a career jump from design to the marketing branche within the fashion industry helped me realizing my strategic direction. The core element was the 360° organization of the photoshootings, creating content for online, print and socialmedia. I established various concepts to increase the brand awareness. CMS was my everydaywork as well as the communication with ext. service providers like model agencies. I managed the pinterest accounts and coordinated paid campaigns on facebook.

I had this side job after my A-Levels for over the following 3 years and helped out in all areas. I learned what a reliable, longlasting and satisfying customer service is all about and had to take over responsibility pretty quick.
