• Development and delivery of training for devices to on-field and R1 support. • Handle clinical and technical escalations. • Responsible for data analysis of escalations to identify training opportunity, knowledge article creation and utilization. • Perform Commercialization via participation in beta site installation and data collection. • Reporting, analysis and trending of equipment defects and clinical issues across product line.

• Lead Engineer support trainings, for OR staff and administrators and new colleagues (marketing/sales/support). • Provide 2nd level support for clinical and technical issues in area of responsibility for Intra-Op imaging and Navigation systems. • Collect, evaluate and forward product feedback from customers and field personnel to marketing and R&D. • Escalate clinical complaints and technical issues to business partners. • Oversee SF cases, perform T/S and plan site visits independently.

• Analyze, conduct root cause investigation and solve customer complaints, document customer cases using SalesForce.com. • Assist and communicate with marketing team in handing on-field customer issues by continuously updating them with newly installed and upcoming features about the CT imaging, monitors and Navigation systems.
