Startup accelerator cohort #5. The What If Fellowship takes passionate entrepreneurs in mental healthcare space and gives them the tools to bring a mental healthcare solution to market. Leveraging a powerful community of investors, entrepreneurs, advisors, and providers to help healthcare founders navigate the early stages of building a mental health business. The program culminates in a demo day with more than 300 mental health-focused investors attending.

Within 2 years I managed to secure Wire more than 2.5m of recurring revenue and winning more than 30 ministries and authorities in the federal German Administration as customers for restricted communications.

Together with my brother, I took over our parents' family business. Finance, marketing and sales were my responsibility. I changed our brand identity from a generic hotel in the Alps to a hotel specialized in motorcycling guests. With this new focus, I developed online and offline campaigns as well as exhibited at 8 motorcycle shows annually to attract guests. The pivot was successful and within a year we had completely replaced our summer guests as well as sustainably increased revenue.
