 BU China Sourcing: coordination of SCM activities for 3 BU factories (Beijing MV Drives, XiAn Rectifiers and Shanghai Tractions); including indirect line management.  Product Transfer: ramp-up of supplier base for local production of MV Drives in Beijing  Second source components: search and audit of potential suppliers; negotiations of prices and logistics terms with suppliers in the Chinese market as LCC second source for global production.

Sourcing Manager: strategic sourcing of electronic components for the production, involving: supplier audit, negotiations, contracts, contribution in development teams as interface between R&D and Supply Management as well as suppliers. KPIs: cost reductions, OTD, stock management, Quality; support to operative purchasing and logistics; ramp-up of Low Labor Cost Country (LLCC) sourcing activities. Local administrator ASCC (Advanced Supply Chain Cooperation): responsible for suppliers’ B2B integration.

Junior Analyst: Purchase planning analysis of direct and indirect components

Optimization of Accounts Receivable, Inventories and Cash level for Switzerland and Austria holdings, preparation and analysis of diverse financial packages and outlooks, various ad-hoc reports.
