Project manager of financial projects

- Transformation / consolidation of financial reporting under IFRS/US GAAP/internal Group standards; - Consulting by implementation of IFRS standards; - Internal audit of different accounting areas; - Business processes optimization.

- transformation of local financial reporting acc. to IFRS/US GAAP; - audit of reports prepared in accordance with IFRS/US GAAP; - operative project management: scheduling, task settings within the project frames, control of tasks fulfilment

- developement of internal control and risk management principles; - creation of finance policy, credit policy and budgeting policy; - analysis of management reports before its presentation to the supervisory board; - recommendations to the company’s management by the auditor’s choice, work with auditors during the audit; - support of a supervisory board’s activity.

- collection and analysis of information for management accounting goals; - current costs control; - making up of financial reports acc. IFRS for management, shareholders, banks; - financial planning, drawing up of the budgets (yearly) and current financial forecasts (monthly), plan-fact comparison, analysis of variances; - work with auditors during the audit; - deputizing of chief accountant by demand; - department management; - development of cost center system.
