During my studies I decided to work part time in the retail industry. My main responsibilities is to supervise a team of cashiers. (Deputy Partner Voice Representative for cashiers in full time education). I deal with customer queries and complaints. This involves communicating with our Head Quarters at different management levels. As a member of the Social Committee I am responsible for the set up and arrangement of the company's social gatherings and functions .
