I research online recruiting methods including professional networking and diversity websites. I also source and pre-screen candidates from CareerBuilder for a number of nation-wide job openings. Other than that, some of my most recent projects include: summarizing this year's employee exit interviews, creating the summer intern "stats" book and updating the "stats" and contact information for the colleges at which we acitvely recruit.

I worked in the client education department. I formatted and uploaded third-party online courses to Cerner's course shell, edited and revised course documents, prepared client completion certificates and gift packages, and hosted a brainstorming session concerning an unused marketing video.
